Women's Parisian Jacket - Black

As far back as the 18th century, French artisans created crewelwork still treasured today. In 1925, France's Art Deco crewel designs were revolutionary. We've translated an original antique into an heirloom women's jacket, combining the best of old world design with present day styling. Striking crewel embroidery on the jacket's front, sides and back is colorfully framed with appliquéd cotton and accented with metallic thread on a textured black crepe ground. A loop closure features unique, jeweled handcrafted button inlaid with "turquoise" and "coral" beads. This women's-sized clothing is fully lined with mandarin collar, high side slits, and slimming longer length. Cotton and rayon with poly lining. Approx. length: women's 38".
